Everyone wants flawless and glowing skin texture .Here i will tell you some tips to get naturally healthy and glowing skin within few days. You have to follow this atleast 15 days and you can see the difference in your skin.
1.Drink lots of water
Drink atleast 12-13 glass of water daily.Water help in detoxification in our body.It form mucus and saliva.Our blood is more than 90%water,and blood carries oxygen to different parts of body.
2.Eat citrus fruit and pomegranate
In winter season oranges are available everywhere.Oranges are rich in vitamin c.You should have consumed atleast 3-4 whole oranges daily instead of orange juice in the morning .Due to rich in antioxidants it help skin from free radical damage and prevent from anti aging.

Pomegranate contain higher levels of antioxidants so it protects our body from free radicals,which are responsible for pre mature ageing.Atleast eat one pomegranate daily .
3.Do atleast 15min exercise daily
When we woke up in the morning after getting freshen up do some yoga, walk and exercise for 15 min.After dinner walk atleast for 15-20 min don’t sleep immediately after the meal.

4.Avoid oily and junk food
Consuming too much oily and junk food can lead to constipation.After taken these types of food some ways to recover it like takes some warm water with lemon ‘or green tea and atleast walk for 15-20 min.
5.Do facial oil massage
Facial massage helps to increase blood circulation and lymphatic drainage.Regular 10min facial massages can also help in reducing wrinkles, dark spot, pigmentation. I personally suggested use pure almond oil for facial massage. Do facial massage in circular or tapping motion.

6.Exfoliate your skin
I personally suggested used chemical exfoliation instead of physical exfoliation because physical exfoliation too harsh.we can use AHAs and BHAs chemical exfoliater.AHAs include like glycolic, lactic,citric,and malic acid.BHAs include salicylic acid which is used for acne prone skin.Ordinary AHA30%+BHA2% peeling solution is best exfoliating facial solution.Use exfoliater once in per week. Use ideally in PM.
7.Use curd for glowing skin
Curd is rich in lactic acid. Being a probiotic milk product,curd benefits gut health.Consumed curd in daily routine. Take 1 teaspoon curd and 5-6 drop honey , mix it well and apply all over face and masssage for 1 min then left for 15 min then wash with cold water.Do it thrice a week and you will notice a glowing effect in your skin.

8.Use aloe Vera gel mask
We all know benefits of aloe Vera. Take some fresh aloe Vera or organic aloe Vera gel and gently massage all over face and neck and leave it for overnight.Aloe Vera gel slows down the sign of ageing and it moisturise the skin. In morning consumption of aloe Vera juice is very beneficial for skin and hair.
